CES Shuttle

The International CES offers complimentary shuttle service on show days. One system runs back and forth between the Las Vegas Convention Center and all official CES hotels. New this year, the other system runs back and forth between the same official CES hotels and the Sands Expo and Convention Center, home to Innovations Plus and other emerging technology displays and exhibitors.

 

New This Year! Sands Express

We wouldn't add a cool new location to the International CES without making it really easy for you to get there and explore the new space! On show days, the Sands Express runs every 10 minutes between the Sands Expo and Convention Center and the LVCC. Hop aboard the Sands Express; it will take you to Innovations Plus, a variety of market-specific TechZones and emerging technology companies.

Las Vegas Convention Center Shuttle Loop

You do plenty of walking on the show floor. Take a break when you can and take advantage of the complimentary shuttle loop around the Las Vegas Convention Center. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes and stops at five key locations around the building.

LVCC Golf Cart Intraconnect

Use the complimentary Golf Cart Intraconnect service at the Las Vegas Convention Center to travel from the back of Central Hall to the back of South Hall during show hours.

Airport Shuttle Service

Shuttle service to McCarran International Airport is available every 30 minutes the last two days of the show, January 7 and 8, 2006. The shuttle service to McCarran is available from the Las Vegas Convention Center (Central Hall front entrance), the Sands Expo and Convention Center (bus loading area), and the Alexis Park (front entrance).

ADA Access

We provide ADA-accessible buses for those with special needs. Please call CMAC at (401) 826-4100 to arrange your transportation. Non-motorized and motorized wheel chairs are available, for a fee, to attendees during show days on a first-come, first served basis by contacting Encore at (702) 943-6780.

Private Charters

Private charters offer independent group service as an alternative to regular shuttle services. Charters can be arranged independently or through CMAC, the official transportation provider of the International CES. Independent charters must drop off at Door #9 for the North/Central Halls and at the Swenson Street entrance for the South Hall.

Special arrangements can be made if CMAC is notified ahead of time. If an exhibitor or private group would like to charter services, CMAC will make any arrangements necessary to satisfy their needs. Questions regarding this service can be directed to CMAC by calling (401) 826-4100.

Taxi Service
Hail a cab at the taxi stands at all CES show locations, including the North Hall and South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), the front entrance of the Sands Expo and Convention Center and the front entrance of The Venetian.

Taxi fares cost approximately $10-12 per trip from McCarran International Airport, the LVCC or the Sands to Las Vegas Boulevard hotels ("The Strip"). Taxi fares from the LVCC or the Sands to McCarran International Airport costs approximately $15 per trip. CES also offers Airport Shuttle Service to McCarran on Wednesday and Thursday for $5.

Parking Information

Please note that parking is limited. We strongly encourage International CES attendees to take advantage of the complimentary CES shuttle bus from official hotels.

Las Vegas Convention Center:
If you need to, park in the Gold Lot at the LVCC located on the corner of Paradise Road and Convention Center Drive for $10 a day. There are also several satellite parking lots around the convention center, including the neighboring Las Vegas Hilton and Renaissance Las Vegas. Check back in June for an updated satellite parking map.

Sands Expo and Convention Center:
There is no on-site parking at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, but a satellite lot is available for limited parking on show days. This lot is located behind the Sands Expo off of Koval Ave. The daily fee is $5 with no in/out privileges. Our suggestion? Plan accordingly, leave your car at home or at your hotel and take the complimentary shuttle to the Sands from all official CES hotels.

The Venetian:
The Venetian offers complimentary on-site parking to all hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
